Project description: The Springfield area’s latest microbrewery is set to open this fall. Project officials say the design for Wire Road Brewery LLC includes a brewhouse, indoor seating for 80, patio seating for 40 and an outdoor space for events and food trucks. The brewery, located near Highway FF and Farm Road 172, plans to have 14-16 rotating beers on tap. Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. is the project architect, with engineering work by Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
