Project description: Lakeland Behavioral Health System is updating its Residential Treatment Center’s shingled roof to a ventilated roof system including foam and insulation panels. Project officials say the roof replacement will reduce the cost of utilities, and increase the safety of its occupants and longevity of the facility. Ireland Architects Inc. designed the project, with J&M Engineering LLC providing structural engineering.
