Branco Enterprises has moved into its new Springfield office as of March 2, 2020. Though the Neosho based construction firm has been operating in Springfield for years, the Springfield branch was initially located in a rented office space, with the headquarters in Neosho. This move is symbolic of the company’s strong ties to the Springfield community.
While the previous office was unable to accommodate the entire team, the new building has space for everyone. An added bonus is that Springfield based Branco employees will have a much shorter commute. “We’re really happy about getting rid of that commute for our Springfield employees,” says Lakin Larimore, marketing coordinator for Branco.
Larimore says that quality of life issue for employees was a big consideration when it came to the new office. “It was important for us to buy the land and build the building to reinforce our commitment to not only Springfield, but our Springfield employees,” says Larimore. “We hope that we made their families really happy by giving them more time together.”
The new facility is 6,000 square feet on a 30-acre parcel located at 1864 South Highway MM, located directly across from Carnahan-White Fence Company.
“We’re very proud that we own our own equipment fleet,” says Larimore. “All this land gives us space not only to have the amazing new office building but also to house the equipment, a workshop and space for other storage facilities. Everything is all in one spot.” Sean Thouvenot, vice president for Branco Enterprises manages the Springfield office.
“We’re very proud to be a part of the Springfield community,” says Larimore. “Building this office and being able to continue that commitment to helping local businesses grow is something we take very seriously.”
Backing up that commitment to community, Branco kept it local in the architecture, design and engineering of the new facility by utilizing the services of Esterly Schneider and Associates, Pinnacle Design Group, and Interpres Building Solutions.
