Everyone works overtime at some point in their job, so why limit who gets paid extra and who doesn't... This is crazy, where does the Federal Government think businesses are going to find this extra salary budget? ANSWER: Increase the cost of goods and services for the consumer, that will help the economy!!!

I'm not saying all employees are going to do this, but I can see some drag out their tasks to the point that they have to work overtime...

More small to medium-sized businesses will potentially go out of business.

It's like the Federal Government doesn't care... not surprising.
