Since Spfld is 88% white, that leaves little room for minorities if you're going just by percentage.

If we want to examine the lack of diversity on Springfield boards and commissions, let's start with the Springfield Sports Commission. According to its website, the commission has 23 members, an executive director and an assistant director.
