Baker Tilly is merging with Moss Adams in a deal valued at $7 billion.
The agreement is expected to create the sixth-largest advisory certified public accounting firm in the United States.
Private equity firms Hellman & Friedman and Valeas Capital Partners are slated to make investments in the combined entity that would operate under the Baker Tilly name.
