Arvest Bank hired a trio of businesspeople for the company's first commercial banking team dedicated to Christian County.

Devin Bobbett, Jeff Jochems and Andrea Sitzes start Nov. 19, Dec. 1 and Jan. 3, respectively, said Arvest spokesperson Brandy Garcia.

“Christian County is a dynamic area where we’re seeing a lot of growth, so we’re honored to be able to serve the community there,” said Jason England, executive vice president and loan manager for Arvest Bank, in a news release. “All three exemplify Arvest culture and bring a great deal of economic and community experience to the table."

Sitzes, president and CEO of the Show Me Christian County economic development organization, will serve as market executive and vice president for Arvest.

In separately announcing her exit from SMCC, the organization indicated its executive board soon would communicate next steps for the organization.

Bobbett brings 29 years of banking industry experience to his new position as a commercial banker and vice president at Arvest, according to the release. He's worked since 2008 as a commercial relationship manager for The Bank of Missouri, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Jochems is a retired executive at Ozarks Technical Community College, where he spent 29 years, the last nine of which were as president of the school's Richwood Valley campus in Nixa. He'll serve as a commercial banker for Arvest.
