Warren & Goodin Engineers-Architects PC is the architect and engineer for Nambe Pueblo Counseling & Treatment Facility for owner/developer and general contractor Cunningham Development Co. The project comprises a 115,000-square-foot structure with three stories of residential space and a single-story administrative building. There also are four, 4,000-square-foot, single-story treatment facilities with staff areas and counseling rooms. The residential wings have 50 two-person rooms on each floor, and the administrative section includes offices, a cafeteria and fitness areas. Under construction beside the existing Republic branch of the Springfield-Greene County Library District – which remains in operation throughout the project – is a new building that will double the size of the original, according to library officials.
