“We do have a progressive approach to building a company. We are a flat organization and try to give everyone equal weight as far as business decisions are concerned,” says Tyler Drenon, Director of Marketing and Business development with Self Interactive. Drenon says while it’s not equal at all times, the company tries to include all the employees in decision making. They also practice open-book management and Drenon says that helps show employees the reasons behind certain decisions. “It’s a more collaborative environment and that’s one of our strengths as a company.”
