Clement Auto Group is building a $30 million car dealership in St. Charles.
The 3621 Veterans Memorial Parkway development is slated for completion by the fall.
Plans call for a 12,100-square-foot pre-owned dealership, as well as a 63,000-square-foot service center that's two blocks away.
