Three bedrooms, two corpses: Should real estate agents disclose murder?

Say you found the house of your dreams. Perfect size, perfect price, perfect neighborhood. Would it be a deal breaker if you learned it was also a crime scene?
 
A ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court last week states sellers don't have to disclose if a murder, suicide or other violent crime occurred on their property, but many real estate agents will share that information, according to Bloomberg Businessweek.
 
Many buyers find "psychological stigmas" such as a murder or suicide to be more than they want in a home; others, according to the report, like the idea of sharing the home with previous tenants, providing the previous tenants are OK with still being stuck on the corporeal side.
