318 E. Hines St., Republic
J&M Engineering LLC is the structural engineer of the Republic School District’s $10.2 million, 35,000-square-foot Early Childhood Center. H Design Group LLC designed the space with 17 classrooms and a large multipurpose space for meals, meetings, before- and after-school learning, and a high-wind shelter. The rear of the center features a covered area where students can get fresh air and play regardless of weather conditions and an accessible playground. Federal Construction Inc. is the general contractor, CJW Transportation Consultants LLC is the civil engineer, and True Engineering LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The project is expected to be completed by July 2022.
