Project description: The new Robinson Fence Co. facility will house most of the company’s operations, with 6,600 square feet of the new building to be dedicated to office space and 20,000 square feet for a warehouse and shop. The building is designed to include seven 16-foot square bay doors. The project architect is H Design Group LLC, and engineers are Own Inc., civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; and Interpres Building Solutions LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
A City Utilities employee since 2017 with a 25-year legal background, he now leads the municipal utility provider with an $895 million annual budget.
