O'Reilly Automotive executive compensation rises

Executive compensation at O'Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY) totaled a combined $15.7 million in 2025, according to the company's annual proxy filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Springfield-based auto parts retailer reported an increase in total combined compensation from $10.7 million in 2024, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.

O'Reilly Automotive's top executives, by 2025 total compensation reported in the proxy filing, are as follows:
• Brad Beckham, CEO, $4.2 million, up 50.5%
• Brent Kirby, president, $3.6 million, up 56.3%
• Jeremy Fletcher, executive vice president and chief financial officer, $2.3 million, up 44.4%
• Scott Ross, executive vice president and chief information officer, $1.7 million, up 49.5%
• Jason Tarrant, $1.4 million
• Greg Henslee, executive chair of the board, $1.3 million, up 2.4%
• David O'Reilly, executive vice chair of the board, $1.1 million, up 2.4%

Prior year data was not available for Tarrant, because he was not a named executive officer in last year’s proxy report.

In 2025, O'Reilly Automotive reported revenue of $17.8 billion and net income of $2.5 billion, according to past reporting.

ORLY shares closed yesterday at $91.42, which compares with a 52-week range of $86.77 to $108.72 per share.
