Modern, sleek and calm. Those were the marching orders for Innovative Dental’s new office in south Springfield, right off U.S. Highway 65. Lauren Olson, co-owner and operations manager, says the 30,000-square-foot dentist office was designed like a spa. Crisp white walls, neutral flooring and fixtures, and loads of glass bring the outdoors in. “We wanted our team members to have a place where they really enjoyed coming to work every day,” Olson says. The 50-employee practice led by her husband, Dr. Grant Olson, also was designed to be durable and easy to clean as the team has roughly 15,000 patients.
