Ozarks Community Hospital hired psychologist Jason Glass to see patients at the Northside Behavioral Medicine Clinic and Dr. Joseph Howitt for primary care in the Medical Offices Clinic. Glass earned his master’s and doctorate degrees from the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology, with a concentration in neuropsychology. Previously working as medical director in the OCH emergency room, Howitt is a four-time winner of the American Medical Association Physician’s Recognition Award and has a medical degree from University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

Dr. Louis DelCampo was appointed to lead OCH’s new Interventional Pain Management Clinic at the North Clinic Campus. DelCampo is board-certified in anesthesiology.

Human Resources
Market Fresh Produce LLC Human Resources Director Lori Shaklee was promoted to a senior position in the department. She is responsible for recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, policy and procedure design, training and development, performance management and benefit and leave administration for company staff members in Nixa, Monett and Tampa, Fla.

Law
Attorney John Price, of Carnahan, Evans, Cantwell & Brown PC, was among eight new members elected to the 45-member Board of Governors for The Missouri Bar. He represents District 10, and members serve two-year terms.

The Missouri Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Section added Nicholas Jain, assistant prosecuting attorney for Greene County, among eight elected to its 2016-17 governing council. Jain represents District 11.

Nonprofit
The Every Child Promise elected Rob Fulp as chairman and John Gentry as vice-chairman. Fulp is president and CEO of Springfield First Community Bank, and Gentry serves as president of Positronic Industries Inc. The initiative promises to help families prepare their children up to 6 years old to enter the schools ready to learn.

SWI Industrial Solutions Inc. added to its board attorney Gary Bishop of Mann, Walter, Bishop and Sherman PC; Brent Campbell, operations manager for The French’s Food Co.; community volunteer Liz Godwin; and commercial lender Tracy Watkins of Southern Bank.

The Killuminati Foundation honored Kristy Ritter with the 2016 Hamaker Award. She serves as transport coordinator for the Rescue Road Warriors, an organization that transports dogs to life-saving rescues across the country. Ritter also assisted in designing and implementing the Paw-It-Forward program, which helps pet owners pay impound fees.

Technology
Security Dealers Magazine named Advanced Cabling Systems as its 26th largest security integrator in North America. ACS, which has an office in Ozark, made a jump from its 2015 rank of 31.

Utility
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve awarded Chris Hamon with the Patriot Award. Hamon, CEO of White River Valley Electric Cooperative, was recognized for supporting employees who serve in the National Guard and the reserves.

White River Valley Electric employees Kevin Compton and Cory Sanders, of Branson, attended the Overhead and Aerial Basket School at the Association of Missouri Electric Cooperatives’ Training Center in Jefferson City.

The course emphasized safe and efficient live line work practices and procedures, as well as the use of protective insulating equipment, live line tools and aerial devices when installing and maintaining energized lines.
