Billionaire Elon Musk is seeking up to $134 billion in damages in a lawsuit against OpenAI and backer Microsoft.
The lawsuit alleges Musk was defrauded when OpenAI gave up its nonprofit mission.
Musk, who is currently worth an estimated $700 billion, was an early investor in OpenAI.
