The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the Missouri Lottery's revenue has dropped 3.1% since July 1.
That's a decrease in sales of $20.3 million. Missouri Lottery Executive Director May Scheve cited a lack of super large jackpots.
“Nobody wants to win $40 million anymore,” she said.
