Pharma Tech Industries, a contract drug manufacturer, is shuttering its operation in Franklin County.
The closure of three facilities in Union, which is around 50 miles southwest of St. Louis, will result in 84 layoffs, according to a notice filed with the state of Missouri.
The layoffs are expected to be conducted through the end of October.
