Aircraft management company Gateway Jets is planning a $1.5 million hangar at St. Louis Downtown Airport.
The 13,300-square-foot hangar is designed to hold up to six aircraft.
Officials expect a January completion date for the project, with construction currently in the early stages.

The new Bingham Elementary School, along with plans to renovate and increase the size of Bissett Elementary, wasn’t part of the original list of projects encompassed by Proposition S, a $220 million bond issue by Springfield Public Schools approved by city voters in April 2023.
