Project description: The Centralia Performing Arts Center is planned as the mid-Missouri school district’s new 970-seat auditorium with lobby space. The auditorium is designed to include a combination of fixed and telescoping seats for flexibility, project officials say, and the large lobby will serve as a gathering area as well as a place to display student art. Support spaces include a back-of-house area, changing rooms, a student green room and new storage for the existing band room.
