Springfield businessman John Ghirardelli joined the board of directors for Arvest Bank’s Springfield market.
Currently CEO of Springfield-based technology systems company Keystone Digital, for which he’s also a co-founder, Ghirardelli additionally serves as board chairman for local stainless steel equipment manufacturer Paul Mueller Co. (OTC: MUEL), according to a news release.
“We know his innovative mindset and business acumen will contribute to Arvest’s culture and success,” said Brad Crain, president of Arvest Bank in the Springfield region, in the release.
Arvest Bank ranked No. 5 on Springfield Business Journal’s 2018 list of the area’s largest banks and savings banks, with local deposits of $639.7 million.
Ghirardelli joins six other members on the local Arvest board, Crain said. They are:
• Jean Harmison;
• Amanda Kastler;
• Nelda Lies;
• Todd Parnell;
• Tom Prater; and
• Ryan Stack.
Ghirardelli also has past experience as the former president of Killian Construction Co., which he exited in May 2013 after five years holding the position and over 30 years in the manufacturing and construction industries.
