Bass Pro Shops reached a deal to sell 11 Cabela's stores to a joint venture led by San Francisco real estate investment firm Sansome Pacific.
Through the $324.3 million deal, Bass Pro will continue to operate the stores as leased locations.
The 11 stores together span 1.6 million square feet on 227 acres.
