Tulsa-based Case & Associates Properties Inc. is planning an apartment complex across from a Bass Pro Shops store in Independence.
The Kansas City Business Journal reports the development would take aesthetic styling cues from Bass Pro.
Plans call for a 275-apartment community called The Falls.
