Because of federal restrictions against marijuana, patients now receiving prescription medication for severe pain will find it near-impossible to try medical marijuana without jeopardizing their access to the prescribed meds. And with overproduction in those states that have legalized recreational pot, it now seems clear that growers from other states will push for recreational use in Missouri.
