St. Louis-based insurance company J. Helbig & Co. has been sold.
Integrity Marketing Group LLC, a Dallas-based independent distributor of life and health insurance products, is the buyer. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jim Helbig, president of J. Helbig & Co., will become a managing partner in Integrity through the deal.
Integrity Marketing Group also recently acquired Springfield-based Osborn Insurance Group.
