Springfield insurance marketing firm Osborn Insurance Group has been acquired.
Dallas-based Integrity Marketing Group LLC purchased the insurance marketing organization for undisclosed terms, according to a news release issued this morning. Osborn Insurance Group President John Osborn is staying on board as a managing partner in Integrity.
"I'm truly excited about the ways this partnership will move our agency into the future," Osborn said in the release. "Integrity offers us access to top-tier technology and systems that align with our needs and focus. I'm also looking forward to participating in the Integrity partner network."
Osborn Insurance Group began providing Medicare supplement products to older adults when it was founded in 1993 by Osborn's father, Gary. The company transitioned to John Osborn in 2018, according to the release.
Now an insurance marketing organization, Osborn Insurance Group works with independent agents and agency owners on business growth strategies. The company’s website lists a half-dozen employees.
