Report: YouTube to end targeted ads on kids' videos

YouTube is planning to end targeted advertisements on videos aimed at children, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.

The move may be an attempt to appease regulators as the Federal Trade Commission was investigating whether YouTube breached the Children's Online Privacy Act.

YouTube reportedly entered a settlement with the FCC related to the probe.
