Panera faces 2nd wrongful death suit over lemonade

Panera Bread's "Charged Lemonade" is at the center of a second wrongful death suit against the company.

A Florida family has sued the company alleging the restaurant's caffeinated lemonade drink caused Dennis Brown to go into cardiac arrest.

The suit alleges the "unregulated beverage" was "offered side-by-side with all of the store's non-caffeinated and/or less caffeinated drinks."
