Panera Bread is facing a lawsuit over its "Charged Lemonade" energy drink.
The lawsuit alleges Sarah Katz experienced cardiac arrest while at a restaurant and died after being transported to a hospital.
The suit by Katz' parents alleges Sarah, who had a heart condition, may have believed the drink was regular lemonade. According to the suit, Panera allegedly did not properly label the beverage as an energy drink.
