Out West Restaurant Group, an Outback Steakhouse franchisee, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Outback Steakhouse parent company Bloomin' Brands has agreed to buy Out West's assets for roughly $26.3 million.
Bloomin' Brands is buying Out West's 61 restaurants, according to Fox Business.
