There’s something almost sacred about being trusted with another person’s story. So, as the final episode of No Ceiling Season 2 is set to be released next week, I want to share my deepest gratitude to the 10 women who agreed to sit down with me and share their hearts.
They’re sharing with you, too, and I believe you’ll discover meaningful takeaways. My list of lessons is long.
At Springfield Business Journal, we pride ourselves in reporting the news you need to know. I believe this podcast is filled with stories you need to know. People are the drivers of any business, industry or economy. And like all of us, those people have dreams, setbacks and moments of joy and despair. There’s power in connecting with people on that level. That’s how we build community.
In the pages that follow, you’ll get a glimpse into the women interviewed in this year’s season of No Ceiling. We talk through their professional and personal journeys and all the challenges and triumphs they faced along the way. Their full stories are available wherever you listen to podcasts. Thanks for reading – and listening!
