A new brokerage announced this summer switched up its public-facing name.
W2M Global is the new dba for Prosperiti Brokers, said co-owner Viviana Writer. Prosperiti Brokers was announced in June along with the switch to the Prosperiti Partners LLC name, previously Enterprise Commercial Group LLC. Prosperiti Partners also comprises asset management, construction, development and property management divisions.
W2M Global provides residential brokerage services in Missouri and surrounding states, as well as commercial acquisition and investment assistance nationwide, according to a news release.
“We decided that it would be better with the type of real estate that we’re doing,” Writer said. “A lot of people that we will be working with have their own property and asset management company. We didn’t want it to be a conflict of interest.”
Writer, who owns W2M with partners Titus Williams and Melisa McKinzie, said the ownership of Prosperiti Brokers did not switch with the name change. The W2M name is a play on their last names.
W2M comprises 10 agents, including The McKinzie Group, covering the Lake of the Ozarks area, and Springfield’s The Frizzell Team and Verrone Group, according to the release.
The Prosperiti name change this summer also included the spinoff of NAI Enterprise LLC, a franchise operation of New York City-based NAI Global. The franchise, which solely deals in commercial real estate, previously operated under Enterprise Commercial Group, Springfield Business Journal previously reported.
Good Pizza Co. settled into a semipermanent home at Metro Eats; Trinity Electric Co. was acquired; and Cantrell Real Estate relocated.
