Springfield Diner is on the verge of a transformation. Dustin Myers and Jeremy Wells, owners of Longitude LLC, show Önder their vision to turn his restaurant into Klasik Diner. Incorporating both classic American diner elements and highlighting the Turkish inspirations behind Önder’s cooking provided a unique challenge. “What I saw was great design, [a] great logo and great colors,” says Önder. “We are at the point - what I was looking for.”
