Dustin Myers and Jeremy Wells, co-owners of branding agency Longitude LLC, are using an online survey to get insights from customers about Springfield Diner. “Just as far as feedback, one of the questions we asked is, ‘is there anything that could be done better or any areas for improvement?’” says Myers. “And I think a lot of times you don’t get to know those things from your customers.” Myer thinks giving patrons an anonymous way to offer suggestions for improvement will be a big benefit for Ömer Önder in building his restaurant.
