Joplin Regional Airport announced the appointment of a new manager.
Bart Starkey succeeds Steve Stockam, who retired from the airport earlier this year.
In 21 years with the FBI, Starkey worked closely with the Federal Aviation Administration and other aviation-related government entities, according to the Joplin Globe.
