Engineering and design firm Olsson Inc. hired the recently retired manager of the Joplin Regional Airport.
Steve Stockam joined the firm as an aviation technical adviser. In his role, he'll work with airport operators, tenants and users.
He previously managed the Joplin airport since 1991.
