Springfield-based Great Southern Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq: GSBC) reported executive compensation for 2025.
Four of five top officers saw increases in total compensation, according to a proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Great Southern's top executives, by 2025 total compensation reported in the proxy filing, are as follows:
• Joe Turner, president and CEO, $1.8 million, up 16.1%
• Rex Copeland, senior vice president and chief financial officer, $764,202, up 14.5%
• Kevin Baker, chief credit officer and vice president, $702,152, up 10.7%
• John Bugh, chief lending officer and vice president, $649,039, up 1.2%
• William Turner, board chair, $629,380, down 0.1%
Combined executive compensation for Great Southern's top officers came to nearly $4.6 million in 2025.
During 2025, Great Southern's net income was $71 million, an increase from $61.8 million in 2024, according to past reporting.
GSBC shares were trading at $67.27 as of 11:40 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $49.31 to $68.74 per share.
