Frisco Building listed on market

A more than 160,000-square-foot office building that houses myriad tenants has been listed on the market for sale.

The Frisco Building, located at 3253 E. Chestnut Expressway, has an asking price of $22.5 million, according to the listing from Lee McLean III of SVN/Rankin Co. The building is owned by Erlen Group, according to past reporting. 

"The property has been exceptionally maintained by a strong on-site ownership group committed to ongoing capital improvements with a level of stewardship that’s increasingly rare in today’s market," McLean said in a public LinkedIn post announcing the building listing. 

McLean additionally pointed to building tenants such as Mercy Springfield Communities and O'Reilly Automotive Inc. (Nasdaq: ORLY). Brown Derby recently installed a temporary deli and marketplace in the cafe space on the first floor, according to past reporting. 

According to the listing, the 162,312-square-foot Frisco Building is 80% occupied. It has 15 leasable office suites, the listing notes.
