Project description: Snyder Construction Group has finished renovating the first floor of the four-story building occupied by Forvis Mazars LLP and is still at work on floors two through four, according to project officials. Some areas are undergoing light renovation, while others are being fully gutted to build offices, meeting spaces, training rooms and amenity areas. New furnishings and audio-visual equipment are included in the plans. The project architect is HOK Architects (Kansas City), and engineers are KH Engineering Group PC, structural; and Lankford Fendler & Associates (Kansas City), mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
