How ironic. The Hotel of Terror has brought more joy than the city leaders....and the city leaders bring more terror than the Hotel of Terror!
Eminent Domain should never be used except in a situation that creates extreme danger. It certainly should not be used to satisfy somebodies preferences. This option has been highly misused at leisure. What a citizen owns should not be forcibly taken from them or force them to move. We all have the freedom to move if we don't care for our neighbors, but we don't have the right to move someone we don't like, or at least we shouldn't. It should be very difficult to use the eminent domain option with lots of restrictions.
