Why are tax payers paying for this convention center? Have private developers been contacted?

Do you believe that there will be positive bias from you readership? Also, I am surprised that the business readers are not concerned about the significant risk for success. Strong convention business competition from Little Rock, Tulsa, KC and St. Louis, high crime site, projected deficit from operations and the lack of a clear plan for an essential hotel without city support which is not mentioned in this resolution.
