California man Ray Brewer, 66, has been sentenced to over six years in prison for running an $8.7 million cow manure scheme.
Brewer scammed investors by claiming to turn cow manure into green energy.
Among his crimes, Brewer sent investors forged contracts with multinational companies, authorities said.
