Springfield-based Bryan Properties has expanded its hotel footprint with an acquisition.
The company added a Tulsa, Oklahoma-area Hilton Garden Inn property to its portfolio, according to a news release. The terms of the deal with seller Anish Hotels Group were undisclosed, according to Bryan Properties officials.
“Bryan Properties is excited to own this bright, clean design and continue to offer guests a high standard of service in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area," said Brad Gebhard, the company's chief financial officer, in the release.
The property, which is located across from a Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World store, includes 4,000 square feet of meeting space.
Bryan Properties currently operates Tru by Hilton in Springfield and two Hampton Inn locations in Branson.
In Springfield, the company has an Element by Westin hotel under construction at 1100 E. Battlefield Road, according to past reporting.
