Branson restaurants named ‘hidden gems’ by Tripadvisor

Two Branson restaurants have been named hidden gems as part of the annual Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice awards.

Pickin Porch Grill and Rocco's NY Style Pizza by Mama D's House LLC ranked Nos. 7 and 8, respectively, on the list of the top 10 hidden gems in the United States, according to a news release. The hidden gems list is a new subcategory designed to "showcase lesser-known spots and places locals love."

Both Branson restaurants have five-star reviews – the best possible score – on their Tripadvisor profiles.

"We love our customers and are thankful for each one we have had and continue to have. You all are the reason we do what we do," Pickin Porch Grill LLC officials said in a Facebook post announcing the Tripadvisor honor. "We want to give a huge shoutout to our staff. We hope you are proud of this because we are so proud of you."

The Branson restaurants are the only two in Missouri named on the top 10 of any of the Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice awards for 2022. The methodology included the quality and quantity of reviews and ratings for restaurants.
