‘Creative Control’

The second-floor, cubed conference room is designed to appear levitating over the front desk in the lobby below.

“We gave them creative control,” Zimmerman says of collaborative interior designers Joyce Buxton and Leah Zimmerman.

Branding

Founder Vaughn Zimmerman’s office displays branding irons in his initials. He was a 2018 inductee of the National Reining Horse Association Hall of Fame. It’s a legacy that lives on with his grandchildren, two of whom have been in world championship competitions.

The lines are drawn. Throughout this brand-new building, straight, clean lines are everywhere – from the exterior covered in squares and rectangles, to the carpet and tile patterns and the low-profile couches in the entry. Where there aren’t visible lines, there’s glass. A ton of it – glass walls, glass railings and staircases, and full-pane glass doors.

Having just taken occupancy this summer, the development firm's office is in mint condition.

“We wanted to have this new product and showcase what everyone’s helped us create,” says Wilhoit Properties broker Anita Zimmerman.
