Zoom sued over privacy concerns

A shareholder filed a class-action lawsuit against Zoom Video Communications Inc.

Shareholder Michael Drieu accused the videoconferencing app of overstating its privacy standards and failing to disclose the lack of end-to-end encryption.

The company's stock has lost nearly a third of its market value since hitting record highs in late March.
