Zoom yesterday announced plans to raise $1.5 billion in a secondary share sale.
The sale would value the video chat company's stock at roughly 10 times the amount of its initial public offering debut in 2019.
Shares closed Monday above $337 apiece, up from $36 per share when Zoom went public less than two years ago.
