Zoom marriages now legal in New York

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo issued an order allowing couples to marry through videoconferencing app Zoom.

"There’s now no excuse when the question comes up for marriage. No excuse. You can do it by Zoom," Cuomo said.

Zoom's popularity has skyrocketed amid the coronavirus pandemic and resulting stay-at-home orders.
