Seattle-based real estate database company Zillow Group Inc. agreed to purchase one of Kansas City's fastest-growing companies.
The company signed a deal for undisclosed terms to acquire Mortgage Lenders of America LLC, an Overland Park-based home loan provider that recorded $54 million in 2017 revenue.
"At Mortgage Lenders of America, we are focused on helping home buyers make informed, confident decisions about their mortgage selection," company President Philip Kneibert said in a news release. "We are excited to be joining Zillow Group and look forward to working together to develop an innovative new mortgage experience to better serve buyers."
